Start/ finish / social will be at the home of Ian Harding, 24 Bertha Court, Mahtomedi (on NW corner of park). Parking is at Bertha Court on the street.

Registration/Check-In: 6:15 pm - 6:45 pm sharp!

Race Start: 7 pm (mass start)

Course Closure: 8:30 pm

This event starts after sunset, so plan to bring a headlamp or flashlight.

Overview

Katherine Abbott Park is a community park comprising 76 acres in south central Mahtomedi. The varied physical features and terrain of the park make it a unique, natural experience, despite its location in an urban area.

Courses

Long: 4-5km (with forking)

Short: 3-4km

A Micro-O course will also be an offer for “dessert”

Pre-registered Pricing:*

$11: Adults

$10: Juniors**

Day-Of Pricing:*

$15: Adults

$13: Juniors**

*$3 discount for orienteering club members

**Juniors are 19 years old and under

The deadline for pre-registration is Saturday night, November 9, at 11:59 PM

Purchasing tip

Purchase each ticket in a separate transaction, to provide important details for the registrar. If you are orienteering as one group (i.e., one map, one e-stick), then you can buy a single ticket (one transaction) and add names on the registration form.

Come Clean Leave Clean

The Minnesota Orienteering Club practices a Come Clean Leave Clean policy.  This helps us maintain a good relationship with the parks we utilize, sets a good example for other users, and limits the transfer and spread of many of the plants that make our venues less enjoyable.
