Overview

Lebanon Hills Regional Park is the largest park in the Dakota County park system. Containing almost 2,000 acres, the park offers miles of trails and many lakes for year-round outdoor sports, recreation and environmental education.  The terrain varies greatly over different areas of the park: it has rolling hills, heavily wooded sections, open areas, and an excellent trail network.  Additionally, the park has done a large amount of buckthorn removal, so it's very runnable and great for orienteering meets.

Come Clean Leave Clean

The Minnesota Orienteering Club practices a Come Clean Leave Clean policy. This helps us maintain a good relationship with the parks we utilize, sets a good example for other users, and limits the transfer and spread of many of the plants that make our venues less enjoyable.
