Wind and rain dampened the small group at the 10 am mass start for the Minnegoat (14.7 km 25 controls - 2 skips allowed non-consecutive) and MiniGoat ( 8.3 km 15 controls - 1 skip allowed).  It cleared up later with wind and some sun to dry things outs.
