Overview

Lake Maria is a 1,756-acre park featuring a rolling and uneven terrain, with a mix of irregular hills, kettle depressions and ridges, making this an ideal location for interesting and challenging courses.

 

Courses

The course will be a 90-minute Score-O with a mass-start.

• Registration/Check-In: 11:00am - 11:30pm

• Pre-Race Meeting/Map Distribution:  11:45am

• Race Start: 12:00pm (mass-start)

• Course Closure: 1:30pm

Pre-register at the old MNOC website.  Pre-registration closes Feb.12th at 11:59pm CST. 

 

Location

Lake Maria State Park is located west of Monticello, MN. From the Twin Cities area, take I-94 northwest out of the Cities to Monticello. Take exit 193 (State Hwy 25). Turn right from the exit ramp, go 2 blocks and turn left (at the Caribou Coffee) as indicated by the small brown sign for the State Park. Follow the park signs through town, back over the freeway and over the railroad tracks, ending up going west on County Rd 39. It is seven miles to the park. Watch for the State Park and O-Meet signs!
